Plan by duration
- • 2-week supply: minimum for every household, basic long-life staples
- • 1-month supply: recommended for most families, needs steady rotation
- • 3-month supply: advanced level, needs dedicated storage space
Calorie needs
- • Adult (moderate activity): 2000-2500 kcal/day
- • Physical labor: 3000-3500 kcal/day
- • Children 4-10: 1400-1800 kcal/day
- • Teenagers: 2000-2800 kcal/day
